The Diocese of Chichester, along with other Dioceses in the Church of England, has issued formal advice in relation to our responsibilities to contain the spread of the deadly coronavirus.

Following Government and Church of England advice, there will be no public services in church for the foreseeable future. The church building is now closed.

Fr Anthony is praying for the parish and village each day at 0900 and 1700 - please join with them spiritually if you are at home or at work as a way of uniting in prayer.

We pray for those who have contracted the virus, those treating them, those researching a vaccine, the families of those who have died, and for the repose of the souls of the virus’ victims.

May God bless us all.

Fr Anthony

Self Isolation

If you need to ‘self isolate’ please don’t hesitate to be in touch with the clergy.

There are members of our community prepared to help all those in need and those who are at risk or fearful. If you have access to the Internet our website provides resources for prayer and up to date information on church activities, as well as a recording of the readings and sermon each week.

A new booklet to help with prayer during time spent away from the church community is available by download here.
