St Margaret’s Day
We will be keeping our Patronal Festival on Sunday 21st July with the Parish Eucharist in the Village Hall at 1000 followed by a Bring & Share celebration lunch. These worked very well in the church building, so do start thinking about what you might like to contribute in the way of food for others to enjoy: sandwiches, pies, sausage rolls, dips, crudites, lobsters, caviar, etc.

Coach Trip to Canterbury Cathedral
A visit to Canterbury is being organised by a friend of David Hunt from Stanford Avenue Methodist Church. Members of St Margaret’s are very welcome to join. Thursday 17th October by coach leaving Brighton at 0830 and arriving back at 1730. The cost is £31. To book or for further details, please contact David Hunt: 01273 303 236.

Church Development Project – update
The work of the archaeologists has come to an end and we eagerly await their report to learn about what they have found in the floor of the Nave and South Aisle. The contractors will soon be moving back in to continue their work.
