We are inviting individuals, families, schools, companies, organisations and voluntary groups to enter a decorated tree.  Our target for our fourth Christmas Tree Festival is 40 trees.

Please book early as we will be accepting applications on a ‘first come’ basis. The event will be widely publicised to attract as many visitors as possible.

FINAL Enteries need to be in by Wednesday 25th October 2017

Decorating a Christmas tree for the festival is only limited by your creative imagination. It can be great fun and very rewarding.  Decorations can either follow a theme or they can represent the activity of your group or your products, each tree should aim to entertain the Festival’s visitors.  Trees should be supplied, decorated and collected after the Festival by the entrants. There is no charge for entering a tree but you may wish to make a donation or sponsor the event.  You will find details about tree size etc. under ‘Guidelines for Exhibitors’.

 

We very much hope that you will want to be part of this very enjoyable, high profile, community event. Proceeds will be going to the upkeep and general maintenance of St Margaret's Church, Rottingdean.   There are sponsorship opportunities if you would like to maximise your organisation’s profile and support.
